Subway - Vancleave

One of the workers, who after listening I found outs name is Greg, had all of his friends come in and chat with him during his shift. Couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to me or my order. I guess there is nothing else to do in Vancleave on a Friday night but come to the subway! Won’t be back.

Slowest service in the entire world. Ordered four sandwiches online and it took over 40 minutes for them to make our order. They weren’t even busy, they just made sandwiches at the pace of a turtle with a broken leg after smoking a blunt. They also said they were understaffed but I don’t think it takes more than two people to make four sandwiches. I mean how does it physically take that long to make a sandwich?? Zero people in line after waiting for about 10 minutes in the store and it still took about 15 minutes for them to make our sandwiches. To make it even better they marked our order as “ready” on the app, but they hadn’t even started making it!! Don’t mark it ready if it isn’t ready!! Maybe I wouldn’t have had to wait in the store for 20 minutes and twiddle my thumbs. Wish I could leave a zero star review but sadly that’s not an option. Whatever you do, do not come here. Would’ve been faster to go to a subway 10 miles away than come to this dump.

Subway as a company just keeps getting worse! Close this location and someone open a local sub shop.

Yeah this subway kinda sucks. They have the lowest portions of any subway ive been to. And they dont do coupons..

1 star because they don't honor coupons that are sent by SUBWAY! The people that work there are always good and the food is good. The franchise owner is just cheap apparently!
