Starbucks - Van Nuys

Pros: open 24 hours, orders usually correct Cons: not in the best area, there's usually a bit of a line/wait, sometimes orders are not correct they do a sad job of fixing it. Why wouldn't an iced coffee have ice? Why wouldn't you grab a new cup with ice pour the drink into that cup? How you gonna just give me a small cup of ice on the side think I'm satisfied with my order? You don't know my car cupholder situation i did not ask for ice on the side. Unfortunately that's what I got, and i couldn't get the drink properly put into a single cup because i wasn't the one who picked up my order.

4 total stars but the store met expectations all around. Consistency is the McDonald’s way so corporate Starbucks has followed nicely. (The coffee was not as hot as it should/could have been)

Customer service was great in spite of the rush hour. The only thing that I didn't like was a wet straw for my drink. The guy at the counter did give me a new one and did offer to take the very nice.

Every employee there is nice and friendly they do a good job
