Menchies is usually great, but this store is probably it's worst. Miserable cashier. She huff's and then puts out one taster cup, but only when asked, and only one each time. Tables weren't cleared even though there was no one in the place. It was areally hot day in the valley today and this branch was empty, no wonder.
Every flavor we tried tasted spoiled and artificially flavored. Additionally, the service was rude. I had to keep my two-year-old son outside because he didn't have a mask.
I absolutely love frozen yogurt! After losing my favorite yogurt spot near home, I was thrilled to find this one nearby. There's nothing like enjoying frozen yogurt on a hot day. I plan to keep coming back!
Kourtney was incredibly nice and really helpful. Just a reminder, you need to wear gloves and there are no samples available. All the toppings are served in small containers.
