Zaxby's - Van Buren

I never expected a restaurant specializing in chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast to be such a hit, but this place truly is! I ordered the 10 fingers meal and added 8 extra servings of Zax sauce for just two dollars more. This meal is absolutely satisfying. The woman with me got the Cobb Zalad and was very impressed with her choice, especially when it came to the Zax sauce. Seriously, this place is fantastic—very clean, and I've never encountered a dirty Zaxby's before. If you're in Conway or Maumelle, make sure to give it a try; the food is really good. And don't forget to grab some Zax sauce to take home—it's only 25 cents and tastes great on everything!

It's not Cane's, but the chicken here is quite solid. While it may not be as exceptional as other rising chicken chains like Raising Cane's or Slim Chickens, it's still a good option. The chicken fingers have a unique baked coating that includes cornmeal, which sets them apart. Their menu mostly revolves around chicken and sides, so they can focus on perfecting what they do. The proprietary sauce is tasty, albeit reminiscent of Cane's secret sauce. This chain, much like the others, aims for a distinctive atmosphere with its wall decorations, but it doesn't quite achieve it and feels somewhat cheesy. However, the food is what truly matters. If you're traveling along I-40 or live nearby and are in search of a quick meal, you could certainly do worse than Zaxby's.

AlyssaBeth provided us with excellent service tonight! She was incredibly friendly and attentive. Even when I couldn't remember the number for the meal I wanted, she patiently assisted me. She greeted everyone in line with a smile! Khloe also helped me retrieve an item I forgot (the drive-thru was quite busy during our visit). This is the kind of staff that ensures customers return!
