Ninja Japanese Express Ii - Van Buren

I give three stars, not because of bad eating, but because we have ordered 2 chicken hibachi meal thru door dash, and we have never received our order. I understand that is not ninja's fault, but the drivers. However, after we tried to reach the driver without luck, we called ninja. They should not close by 9 o'clock, we called at 8:40 and could not get a response. we called several times. now I'm sitting in a car drive for 2 hours after I've put a command on door dash. very frustrated.

Had an awesome experience with this place! I didn't see my usual sushi option so when I asked about it they were super polite and even looked up the ingredients and found the one on their menu. The sushi roll was larger than any I've ever had, took 2 bites for each slice. And it tasted phenomenal! Also this was 30 min before closing time but they never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Great staff and great food!

The food was pretty good, but everything I touched was sticky. The tables, chairs, salt pepper shakers, soda fountain, even the tray holding the eating utensils. The restaurant is pretty small, so they need to take a day off and deep clean. Also there was a small child who apparently belonged to an employee running around. When his fingers weren’t in his nose or mouth, they were on everything else. I realize that sometimes Mom’s have circumstances. But this is a restaurant. ?

Very nice staff. I asked for a shaggy dog even though it wasn't in their menu. They looked it up and found out it's the same as the Red Dancing Roll. Didn't take long and sushi tasted great

I love the Razorback Spicy Fried Rice! Their salmon and other Hibachi meals and sushi are great!
