Disappointed with our visit to this particular taverna, we were from a tour group who had confined us to the upper part of the shop as they were waiting for another group? From what we understand. When the upper part was full the lady told us to sit in the lower part where ever we would like. When we found a table and sat down no one served us and almost 15 minutes later a gentleman came telling us that you do not allow us to sit at that particular table because there were more people and to move if we want to be served as they are waiting for another group. Due to the monopoly of the area, the behavior was as if we absolutely needed your tavern, which of course we did not, and we left. In the end, your shop was left half empty as the next group arrived in the village at the time ours was leaving when it would have been better if you were more flexible and polite. At the end of the day, people come to your village to see the area, your food and your hospitality, something we didn't see from this particular tavern. It was the first time we had such an experience on our excursion and it was quite disappointing. The travel agency was apologizing to us while you persisted in your behavior.

Visitation Sunday noon. The space is very beautiful and warm. Food we can 't know why we got up and left. As soon as the person in charge saw us enter, he fumed with indignation. He was desperate. He grabbed us by the face and told us to take a walk in the village and come back after he would have packed the tables. Half the tables were empty with leftovers on them. We sat at the bar and waited, but no one was taking the tables. The personal aphanto. A lad was running like a madman left and right. Some customers who asked to order because they were in a hurry he grabbed them by the face and told them to wait because there was nothing he could do and that he had informed them too before they sat down. The service is in short a disgrace. Advice, when you have to operate a store of this size you must also have the corresponding staff, otherwise you reduce its size. The people who come to your store and have chosen you to leave their money do not do so out of necessity, they do not depend on you and you must respect them in all respects. The harder you get and keep customers, the easier it is to lose them, even if they are local. What is the reason to leave Athens, to drive so many hours and in the end they tell you that you chose their store to leave your money.

It was the 4th time we visited the restaurant and certainly not the last. Terrific hospitality, tasty and quality food and warm atmosphere.
