Wir durften einen äusserst gemütlichen Abend im Restaurant Red verbringen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und angenehm. Die frische Pasta als Vorspeise war ausgezeichnet. Der Steinbutt als Hauptgang war die perfekte Wahl. Ich habe noch nie einen so frischen Steinbutt gegessen. Alles in allem wr es ein perfekt gelungener Abend im Restaurant Red. The dishes are good and very distinctive, but the new waiter keeps selling desserts after we finish eating, the service experience is not very good

V isolated location . Requires driving narrow mountain road for half an hour. Entrance road to hotel main entrance not clearly marked. Room too small for two people. Shower located in the middle side of the room. Narrow hall ways . V dark black walls in bathroom. No one to introduce light switches shade using iPad. No hot water flask to hear up water. Phone not clear how to get reception or service. No air conditioning or Tv . Room too narrow for two to pass to toilet. V small closet only six v heavy hangers. No storage for luggage. No shade for shower area in the room. Visible from the bed- no privacy!! Nice patio area facing mountains. Cheaper Italian restaurant located outside hotel, need to walk down a flight of outside stairs five minutes up the road. Not convenient if rain or snow. Breakfast service not attentive at all. After sitting down at a table for 20 minutes no one come to get order for tea or eggs? Have to pin one service staff at another table to order tea. “Captain “ was totally uncommunicative!? Breakfast buffet limited. No menu to order hot items. Parking is next to road . Needs to walk up a hill w stairs to the hotel. Elevators narrow small low ceiling. Walkway between main building rooms building v narrow, cannot accommodate two walking side by side. Lobby v dark with black walls furniture , same as restaurant. Spa has several pools w different water temperatures. Some hidden , needs to explore try . Larger out door pool w jet sprouts. Walls in spa showing cracks rust. Also inside v dark but w high ceiling. Did not see any wow architectural features! Restaurant food too salty.

Eine vielfältige, übersichtliche Karte, die für jeden Geschmack und Richtung geeignet ist. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Die Speisen werden zum Teil am Tisch zubereitet.
