San Carlos Yugoslavo - Valparaiso

Years ago I was forced to stop on Thursday. Now every time I visit the city I pass through this wonderful place. Far from the best of Valparaiso.

One of the few old restaurants in Valparaiso Downtown. Nice food and still affordable.

Wonderful for so many reasons! Great traditional and simple food, but the owners were so acommodating when we came from Pesos just here, have a pisco mad and a meal...!

This place is amazing. One of the best traditional Chilean meals can be found here. Try the Cazuela de Vacuno... It's absolutely amazing.

This is far from being known for its rich homemade meals, has a whole hostoria family of effort, starting with Ivan Staroselcic who came from afar. Ivan on his second boat to Chile was delighted with the city of Valparaíso and decided to administer the mythical bar restaurant San Carlos (the Yugoslavia), which still maintains its roots.
