This is my favorite place in the world to get coffee. They have monthly themed beverages, cute and cozy places to sit with a kid’s section and games for adult and/or kid’s to play. I love going here even just for the drive thru. The food is also delicious and I frequently get my boys their cookies :
Very disorganized and slow- ALWAYS. You will wait a minium of 10 minutes for all drive thru orders even if you are the only car. Very disappointing.
I 've gone here since they opened, at least once a week. The past few times the service and employees have been horrible. I got asked to go to the window to order, since they couldnt hear me (this happens often) I ordered my 2 drinks and 3 sandwiches. I was brought a green tea, when I ordered 2 large iced coffees. I told the girl that wasn 't mine, and that i ordered coffees. She apologized, then 5 minutes later, same girl came back with the same drink...so again, told her that wasn 't mine. Finally got my drinks and sandwiches. There were only 2 and not 3 sandwiches. So I pulled to the side, went in and mentioned there were only 2 and not 3. She rudely stated I only ordered 2, and I said no, I had 3. Then I was asked to pay the $4 for the missing sandwich, in which, I had no problem paying for the missing one. I then asked to speak to the owner, when 3 girls chimed in and said it was uncalled for and inappropriate to ask for the owner. I just wanted to express my concern about how poorly everything was being handled. So they asked me to go to my car and they would bring the missing sandwich out. About 15 minutes later, the girl brings out my missing food. I said thank you, and she YELLED at me saying You 're attitude isn 't allowed here and that it was extremely uncalled for to ask for the owner. And its a holiday and we are getting slammed. (When I was inside there were maybe 5 people) I said, I 'm sorry, I just wanted to express my concern. And then I asked her for her name, she turned around without saying anything and went right back into the building. Poor customer service, and poor attitude from employees. I will no longer be using thier service and recommending people.
I would rate all 3 at 10+ if possible (food, service, atmosphere). It's such a cool, unique experience at an amazing coffee shop!
