Burger King - Valley City

I placed an order through my BK app, then drove to the drive-through speaker. I told them I placed an order through the app, and they asked me what my name was and told me to drive up. I ordered a whopper and medium onion rings, and they had the food ready within 2 minutes. I only had a 2 minute drive home, but when I went to eat it, the whopper was on the cold side. I'm not sure if they could have done anything better on their end, so I still give em 5 stars. Polite, fast, and tasty. Have a great day, and God bless!

Really can't tell about that atmosphere because I just use the drive-thru. But the food was very good the service was fast and they made everything the way I asked. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Amanda was busy worrying about the drive thru me and my group stood at the front counter for over 15min before having our order taken. Then she was handling food without gloves on or washing hands....

Considering this has happened multiple times in a short time span it really makes me question burger king’s employees ability to read. said only ketchup, even got a receipt saying only ketchup but yet there was still everything else on the burger. beyond irritated, please do better.
