The Buffet - Valley Center

Came from below Oceanside only to be denied entry to the buffet. Must be a premium player member to eat on this buffet. The website said nothing about it. Had saved me time and gas. Better go somewhere else. Too bad it looked good. After reading some of the 1 star review responds, it seems as if the manager 't takes care of these reviews. The first and last time I ever go to this casino. You better go to Harrahs, Pechanga or Pauma.

Horribler customer service. We showed up 15 minutes after opening and got a pager. We waited almost 2 hours and we asked the hostess again and we said it was a 3 hours waiting. We wanted to stand in line and say it was two more hours. This is the worst customer service I've ever had. The hostess hardly spoke English and didn't understand when we wanted to explain that we were waiting there. Finally, a manager came by and I told him the situation and he didn't seem to care. His answer was good the good news is that you will be able to eat sometime tonight... The administration must be replaced by the terrible hostess Patrica

I can certainly understand why the Buffet was voted California 's Best. It was fantastic!

This buffet was great. They had plenty of options and the server who got our drinks and helped us out was amazing. Just take a look at the pictures to see some of the good food they had.

Drove over an hour to go to the buffet, just to arrive (hungry) and said it was a 2.5 hours waiting. Finally came to find out it's not a buffet at all. You will get a small menu and you can choose 4 items at a time, and wait until it comes to you. Although they crabs, lobsters and prime rib. most of the food is not fresh and not aromatic. For $49 a person PLUS a mandatory $7 tip per person. we will not return.
