A very strange experience. Luckily we were able to go forward to sit. An older Asian man came close to us and just went away. When he went down the corridor to get to the restaurant, he looked back with a look and wondered why we didn't follow him. My beast and I saw each other confused asking why he never said anything about sitting? Then he put a few menus and cutlery without word. When the server came to take our order, I tried to be humorous without any human response. The food was not too bad, but the prices were crazy for the flavors delivered. This restaurant must definitely reassess its service because food alone will not save the business.

The service was terrible. We used to do it quickly, but the server ignored us and took several other tab jobs that came after us before he finally got our order. The food comes quickly to your table, but has no taste/season so that you have to drown your dish in soy sauce and Sriracha. Good luck getting all servers attention after you get your food. We didn't get drinks refills and we had to wait 20 minutes after we asked to get our check. Save your money and take Panda Express.

The service was extremely slow, several tables that sat after us got their food. My friend wanted a little bowl of soup, but the only soup was available $24. My friend did not choose to order and wait to get something else

I'm so disappointed because I really enjoy the delicious food here. I am here several times and every time I see my tongue or ignore the terrible service I receive. Today I actually went out after waiting for over 40 minutes. They sat in a booth and kept us over and over again when they ignored us until I had to crush the older Lord. He asked rudely if we were willing to wait for us to deepen our thoughts and give us the feeling that we would take his time. Didn't ask if we wanted drinks, wrote our order down and disappeared forward. We noticed our food lasted too long. Again, we were ignored. A few went in and sat opposite. literally 10 minutes later they get their food while we are still ignored, and so I decide to wave the waitress and ask them about our food and instead of going to the kitchen to examine, they continued serving other people drinks. I got up and decided to go. Probably they didn't even notice it. Unacceptable! If I could leave a zero, I would. I went to Rita's Cantina and enjoyed a delicious margarita and shrimp enchiladas. I tipped my server over 35% because it deserved that tip.

I have eaten here multiple times. Every time i have noticed that another table has gotten served before me . Usually every time the other table has been of Asian descent. The food is good however the service is terrible. When asked why another table was served before us the waiter didn?t know wat to say and when taking out order seemed upset and was rude.After paying we still were hounded for the tip. We left 18%. We left a tip but not good enough Tip for Wally . Over all the food is good but it?s unfortunate the service just ruins your time and makes u want to leave and not gamble in the casino because your so upset.
