Simply Delicious - Valley

Since the change in ownership, the restaurant has had a fantastic start. The staff is friendly and efficient, but there are a few issues that need addressing. The ambiance can be lacking at times due to inconsistent lighting and background music. Takeout and bakery customers also mix with diners looking for a quiet experience. The hours of operation can be unpredictable, so it's important to check their Facebook page for updates. Despite these issues, I will still bring friends and clients as long as the overall experience and prices remain consistent.

The name of the restaurant speaks for itself - it is simple and delicious. My partner ordered chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and veggies, while I had chicken Parmesan with noodles and veggies. Both dishes were excellent. Although it is a bit of a drive from Omaha, it is definitely worth it. I highly recommend it.
