Bidra med feedbackSince the recent takeover, we've been satisfied client again. Everything's gone to wish and the new banters are always kind.
This place was sold to new owners a few months ago and the quality of the service took a nosedive ever since.Waiting times are more then double of other places, fries are under or overdone, always have to be very mindful that your order is complete. I've had missing snacks, wrong amounts of snacks, missing condiments, ...Payconic payment possibility was discontinued, Joyn loyalty program was scrapped, ... Only standard electronic payment was kept.
Since the takeover, unfortunately, the quality of the service has failed brightly. I'm someone who likes to give different opportunities in this story to 5x and wants to show understanding. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to do any other frying with friendly customer service. Very unfortunate.
Way too expensive for what you get! And then give me something else. The second time. We're not going anywhere.
People did their best, they were very kind but their fries were better.
