Sac's Tasty Hot Dogs - Vallejo

Can't get a better hot dog anywhere in the world! Been going to Sacs as long as I can remember. Atleast 40 years, back when Mr Sacramano owned it and they had shakes. Ate there on the way to the hospital in labor ALL 4 times. Seriously the only hot dog I will eat, anywhere!! They snap, they are juicy, so tasty and the staff is very generous with the toppings!! Cheese Dog is my FAV

I've been eating Sac's dogs since they opened in my hometown decades ago. They are the best dogs I've ever eaten and I've had them all over the world. The flavor burst when your teeth snap through the skin of the dog is fantastic. The buns are the best proportion to the size of the dog. The size and flavor of the tomato, onion, relish, and cheese is perfect. Not too big and not too small. And the chilli dogs? Forget about it. They're heavenly but messy as hell. They put me in the state of grace with a smile on my face. Sac's dogs are the best.

It was my first time at Sac's. I had the regular hot dog and a bowl of chili. The hot dog was really old fashioned...the kind of hot dog that snaps when you bite into it and IT WAS DELICIOUS. The chili was great as well. The ladies working there were the BEST....they couldn't have been any nicer. I definitely will go back!!!!

I have never had a bad dog yet, however, yesterday for some reason, they were exceptional. I had a cheese dog and their regular dog. So good. If haven't been, go. Outside of Chicago, the best.

Great experience and excellent food. The young ladies working behind the counter are well-trained, fast and friendly.
