Michael Warring - Vallejo

Been twice. Once before the remodel for 6 course. Once after the remodel for the new(ish) Thursday night 12 course. If you want to stuff your face, visit a steakhouse. If you are picky, stay home. But if you have an open mind and can appreciate someone who has honed their craft, then this restaurant is well worth your time and money, no matter the commute. Michael and Ali are consummate professionals with not just talent but are clearly putting in the work it takes to produce a 5* product in both food and service. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and welcoming. The food is exciting, balanced, and ever-changing. So pack your lunch this week instead of eating out and spend your money instead on an experience I am sure you will find new and engaging. You might just have your mind (and taste buds) blown!

Fantastic experience. Great to watch the chef at work, and the food was spectacular. It's amazing that we have this available here in Vallejo. If you're in the area, just go. You won't regret it.

Absolutely a must place to go to!! Focus is clearly on food, not on décor (I loved the minimalistic style of the plates, they highlighted the food perfectly). Each bite was worth paying attention to and the wines complimented the tastes very nicely. We drove over from Tiburon and will definitely go back again.
