Every time I get chocolate ice cream it always has the taste of mint. I personally do not like chocolate mint ice cream, so I know if she didn?t taste like mint. Please clean your utensils.

This is the worst cold stone I?ve been to. The customer service is horrible and when we were over charged for items we did not order, I asked for it to be corrected and the girl at the register actually looked at another worker and said in front of us.?I?m just going to quit right now, I don?t even want to deal with this? Unbelievable!!! I?ll never go in there again. Train youremployees properly, this is not rocket science, it?s ice cream.

Horrible customer service! I ordered an ice cream cake online, and it was canceled just one hour before delivery, with the excuse that the store was closed—despite it being 3 PM during their hours of operation. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the cake. When I tried to get a refund over the phone, I was informed that the manager was not available, and only he could access previous orders. The person I spoke with took my information to pass on to him. After waiting a day with no follow-up call, I tried reaching out again. I called four times throughout the day, and no one answered! This isn’t the first time I've encountered issues with this place; my friend had a similar problem when ordering cake delivery from the same location. I strongly advise against placing online orders here!

Whenever the owner is present, they tend to skimp on the ice cream, and he is quite rude to both customers and staff. Today was the fifth time I ordered online and received the smaller size, despite being charged for the larger one. When I brought this up, they responded rudely and still did not fill the larger cup.

I felt pressured to tip when I noticed the credit card machine at the counter prompting me to do so, and the employee mentioned it as well. This kind of forced tipping has become excessive. Instead, why not just pay your staff a higher wage? If customers want to tip, they can do so using the tip jar.
