Ferrini Pizzeria - Valledupar

In an attractive environment with attentive hosts, ferrini promises a lot more tempting than the average pizza restaurant in valledupar, where quality is measured in the thick of cheese. we tried two different pizzas, the claudia, the one kind vegetarian option and the ferrini in the first we changed brokkoli for black olives and the result was great. the second, the pesto, prosciutto and sun dried tomato (which were probably stored in oil) was extremely fat, although very delicious. in retrospect, the active ingredient combination was almost always very heavy on oil. Another lighter annoyed was the spread of tomato sauce on the outer edge and, I guess, the work of the teig with a rolling pencil. the crust was thin and lost the potential for an authentic Italian style product. if they are in the mood for pizza, this is probably as good as it gets. the prices are not cheap, but appropriate when considering the quality of the ingredients.

I enjoy this place very, the 'ferrini ' pizza with pesto is really good and I like the environment they have. the attention is great.

We had dinner here at night and it was a very pleasant experience. we found everything tasteful and the lasagna classic together with the deserts were a hit of those they had. the seafood pasta was decorated with cilantro, which I don't like, but the...table was otherwise great. Those who had the risotto with squid ink said it was good, but could be better.

Un poco demorado el servicio, los precios a mi parecer son altos, pero la comida es excelente para los que nos gusta la comida italiana, recomendadisimo...

Comi en el Ferrini Express del Guarapuri y debo decir que no fue nada del otro mundo, en cambio si un poco decepcionante. Armé las pastas entre otros ingredientes con disque jamón ahumado y salsa pomodoro, pero el jamón definitivamente es un jamón común y corriente y a la salsa le hace falta sabor.
