Bistro-cafe Der Anderen Art

This is a very good place for a hearty breakfast. The place is busy and crowded which is a good sign for a small cafeteria. Good background music, friendly service. Recommended.

We visited the island with friends who have been going there for 25 years and i think they have been going to this little German owned cafe several times each visit. I don't want to waffle on too long, but we had fresh, fresh breakfasts with lovely breads and cheeses and fruits and coffee which was lovely. All in all a we gem.

We had problems finding the place because on the TripAdvisor map it's not located where it is actually at. So we looked for the right house number and after a couple of minutes we got there : Really nice people run this place. The breakfast we ordered was very good and we are planning on going there again tomorrow. They are so friendly and their menu is lovely. The prices are good. I think we payed 30€ for 5 dishes and 4 different coffees plus tip. The coffee was excellent and they have all kinds of variations. We only had a few drinks here, but great place to kick back, relax on the sofa, have a few drinks and listen to some good music.v

I fell in love with this place instantly the staff, the music, the general atmosphere.. but also the coffee.. but vibe.. the artistic vibe the bathroom decor.. greets to Simona and Victor i hope management look after these excellent employees v v well.. A gem of a place.. i will be back..
