I wouldn't come back.I'm sorry because I had good expectations.Bibite at room temperature, brought to the table with trays without cutlery in order to be able to serve .Lamb with guest (call Cannelloni almost destroyed, they seemed to recover. But the more, we were in eleven, all really dissatisfied. I'm sorry and I stress it, because I felt with the owner, very kind and absolutely available. I would have wanted to make a completely different review ... pazienza!!! !
Through social media we come to know of this restaurant in the middle of the sibillini that as a specialty puts the preparation of mushrooms, porcini mostly local, fresh pasta handmade from them and the products of the territory. The local is well-kept illuminated, the music of the eighties keeps us company and the service is great .We take the series of appetizers with mushrooms .But there are also cured meats and cheeses the knife and fried if one wanted. Unfortunately we jump the first and we pass to lamb, but wanting there is also mixed roast and cut. We'll take some very good pinky and a gentian to close the meal. Surely we will return for the quality of the dishes, the courtesy and the professionalism of the managers and also the very good value quality price. Very recommended.
After a healthy morning in the mountains at the locality Il Ceppo, on the way back we decided to stop for lunch and doing a research on the nearest structures we found this place at 20 min. To my message, the answer for confirmation of availability was prompt and courteous. Arrived, to greet us smiling the owner who made us sit and immediately served drinks. The local and the staff are welcoming and informal, as it suits a mountain resort. The food is excellent and carefully prepared. It is also possible to find out menus of exceptional courses (a stamp with lamb ragù and porcini and not to accept would have been a sin). In the 'antipasto was very difficult to find which of the dishes was the best.... The meat was excellent and cooked properly (we took mixed grills and lamb/castrate). Special and creative sweets (besides classics)... What do you mean? It was delicious coffee. The room is clean, nice and tastefully decorated. Young, sociable and hand-made owners together with carefully chosen and processed products are the key to the success of this activity! We said goodbye with the promise to return!
Valle Castellana offers unique views and after a nice walk we stopped at the Chalet n°7. Family management is their strength. A whole family, mommy dad and two beautiful children who were walking through tables with dishes make peace with the world. Recently renovated premises, fireplace on and very clean bathrooms. Mushrooms, truffles, lamb and salami nostrani (fruit of sausages under oil and under incredible strut) ALL of the place to cm 0! Try ricotta ravioli and truffle seasoned with mushrooms sausage and truffle very but very good. appetizers with delicious mushrooms and excellent local meat.
