In the Alpenpalace, the young Rosario Tritone offers very tasty creations in the evening 6 7 Gang Menue, which is offered every day, on Sundays as a Gala Menue. If you want a hooded mouse, this is also possible at an extra cost of EUR 50, which is worth it. There is then a very demanding 7 Gang Menue in the side room, the restaurant Aurea Vallis, which is prepared by the boss personally and presented is very seeing and tasteful!! The service is nice and exemplary here, the wine card offers not only South Tyrolean wines, all at reasonable prices for this level.

The Alpenpalace restaurant convinces and delights with the excellent cuisine. Stars will not be waiting for you. We were pampered daily by a surprise menu that was a pleasure for the eye and the palate. The young kitchen team managed to create something really new on the table every day. In addition, there was an excellent service, especially the sommeliere was pleased with their expertise and their very sympathetic appearance. The restaurant highlights the first-class impression that this house leaves with its guests. Keep going, we're happy to come back.
