Bidra med feedbackMy wife and I stopped here for lunchtime drinks and were made to feel very welcome. The bar has got an outside terrace at the front and an outside balcony at the back looking over the valley, beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect English. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area
After a hike into the hills we stopped here for lunch. Being a lover of game I was blown away by the menu; spoilt for choice I most certainly was. A terrific variety of imaginative tapas, many boar, venison, goat dishes, as well, there was a very good list of other (none game) tapas and main dishes. I cannot recall every dish I had but all were delicious, well prepared and presented. The salads were very generous both in terms of ingredients and quantity. I was very impressed with the none game dishes ordered by the rest of our group with the croquettas being particularly wonderful. Given the nature of the earlier physical activity rehydration was necessary so beer, rather than wine, was in order and I therefore cannot comment on the varied and reasonably priced wine list, although the draught Estrella Galicia was excellent as always. Social distancing required that our group sat at a roadside table although there is a wonderful terrace with outstanding views at the rear of this property and internally it was clean and well maintained with a welcoming decor. Service was excellent and the reasonably priced food was of the highest quality. There are full plates available and also menu del dia although the latter has to be booked and not being certain of our ETA. denied us that option. What was heartening and very encouraging was that there were more locals in this bar/restaurant than there were visitors, albeit that given the current situation any visitors that were not immediately local would be from the local area. I can strongly recommend Nou Tarraso in every respect and will return.
We were staying in the village and decided to try out this local Bar and were pleasantly surprised. The menu was in Valenciano, Castilian and English and there was a wide range of tapas to try as well as fuller meals. They found us a very good bottle of Rioja which we enjoyed along with the tapas. We sat out on a balcony with a wonderful view and found the service attentive and pleasant
