Pizzeria La Ruota - Valfurva

Un locale carino e carrateristico di montagna che cucina pizze molto basse e leggere, anche qualche piatto ma non li abbiamo provati. Servizio super rapido e attento.

Le pizze sono con base piuttosto secca, che si frantuma al taglio, a me non piace molto, ma comunque la farcitura è buona. Locale senza grandi pretese, personale gentile e veloce, prezzi modici.

Typical family pizzeria. Friendly owners. Big choice of pizza. Also some nice desserts. Very good prices.

After riding all day we rolled into this place after dark. We were tired and hungry and La Ruota was just next to our accommodations. Any place would be welcome as long as we could walk. At La Ruota the beer was cold, the pizza hot and delicious and the service excellent...and we were able to walk to it.

We got a table here on New Year’s Eve despite it being busy and there having been a bit of a mix up over the timings. The pizzas were very generously sized. The food was nice and the service friendly. Beware the pizza “with peppers” is not a pepperoni pizza! However, it isn’t hot peppers either. It was a bit basic but it wasn’t expensive either. It’s just what you need when your hotel is trying to force you into a 10 course meal! You can bring your dog in too! Lots of local people here and it’s obviously very friendly and popular. I very much recommend the cheeses,
