Xevichez Sushi - Valencia

Eating is always good at Xevichez also in Sylmar. I give this a 4 star for the food ONLY service was quite terrible. The training must be done in this place, or the servers were new, and they were very young people with little experience, so idk pick one, still falling back on management. Had to ask two different people for the Wasabi and ginger as well as soy sauce for the reels and sushi was served, the baked were then cool. My server went for 20 minutes for MIA. The second server that I had asked for a bit of contingencies before we looked at our drinks looked at us and went away after he asked if we needed something. I thought I'd refill the hostess for the second time, 10 minutes later, asking if we needed a refill and brought her. Not sure what with the 2 servers it was a slow night there with only 4 pairs except us. Probably it wasn't really necessary for the music to shine as if we were at the club on Tuesday. The food is great. But I will probably just go to Sylmar to my drums with Reggaeton mysic and better service a little better not much, but as I said to me some of the best tasting consistent sushi I had.

The food was good, but their drinks were terrible. The rice needed a little more freshness than to be put in a refrigerator until use. Seafood was quite fresh

Decided to have a lunch here because we love the sylmar location. It took over 40 minutes to iron something and 2 reels? Do not forget that I had to ask 3 servers for some straws. It took a long time to even check out the guest with not even half a complete restaurant. Staff may see dead in no room for improvements. In any case, will not come back to this place, not sure how the service was just terrible.

Really really good food!!! It wasn't a heavy or flowering meal. The garlic edamame was on a slightly pricy side, but it was one of the best edamame I had eaten, the sesame chicken was also very good and the sauce was good and had a kick on it! The sushi was also very good!

Today on Monday, July 11, 2022 around 12:00 AM I went to have lunch, I sat at the bar, I only had limited lunch break . It was almost 30 minutes and Diego did not hesitate to ask me what I want to eat he did not even started making my sushi . I was very upset and I asked that guy Diego the sushi maker. Is my food coming up ? and he said yes, yet it wasn't true because he hasn't even started yet he lied . He was making other people's sushi first, even thought I came first . Diego overall had a bad attitude .I told Veronica what happened and I asked her to give the check to pay the 2 beers and a miso soup that was my third time been there with my siblings but I would not go there anymore because of him I did not have anything to eat all day I was very hungry . Anyways Veronica the second waitress who brought my second beer was very kind and friendly .
