Starbucks - Valencia

Staff is sweet and greets you right away. Sometimes they walk around once in a while to make sure you are doing good. Drinks are spot on.

When ordering my frap today I specifically asked for it to be ?more creamy and less liquid? to which I was told ?we will try?. Received it and it?s liquid. This is the third time in less than 3 weeks at this location. The other locations don?t have a problem adding ice to make it creamy like a frap should be.

So? this is a really public spot right, well I had an idea it was that I came to this Starbucks and tried to buy the food inside and sell it for more out side. Well I soon realized that people don?t trust me, I got questions like, did you lace it, or why should I buy from you if its cheaper inside, or just strait up ignore me. Any ways, I began to think of a place we?re Starbucks isn?t a thing and my mind immediately went to Africa. I went home bought a ticket and left. When I got to Africa I immediately got swarmed buy thousands of people that were all claiming to be my friend. I didn?t trust them at all tho. They all started to praise me as the starbuck king, they built me a palace, and a whole kingdom called starbukian. After it was all finished and I ran out of Starbucks, they grabbed me and took me to a volcano. Luckily before they threw me in I was able to grab water and threw it in the sky. They thought it was rain, so they rescheduled the sacrifice to 4:00 pm tomorrow. When we got back to camp I quickly got to the airport and left. Moral of the story is, don?t bring Starbucks to Africa.

This Starbucks is amazing the staff are very nice and experienced with the barista arts. I have very good conversations so the initiative for community and atmosphere is grand.

Drive thru was horrible today. Made the drink wrong, was warm and without any cream, and when asked to remake right was offered cream on the side to put it in myself when the drink was already filled to the top. I was given attitude when I didn?t want to do that because it was still going to be bad. She gives it back with 3 ice cubes in it and is no better than the first time. Then was given a bagel without any sort of utensils or napkins.
