L'encis - Valencia

Constant Companion and I had just arrived at Ave Trens from Madrid and checked into our nearby hotel. After reading about L 'Encis on TA, we went there for lunch! A great choice! Your Menu del Dia 14,50 Euro is each a bargain and...sooo very tasty. Words don't owe justice to the boss. You just have to look at my pictures and trust me that the food is even better than it looks! Totally pleasant, even if the server accidentally enforce my credit card in dollars instead of euros as desired. Next time we will return to Valencia! For the record: I ordered- Coca de Verduras con Sardina en Tempura, Bacalao con cremoso de boniato y tomates confitados, Panacota de dulce de leche con crumble de chocalate. Ensalada de nueces con vinegreta de queso azul, Muslo de pollo deshuesado a la lena con chimichurri and Flan de huevo con mermelada de naranja amarga !

The food was above our expectations. Great service! Every dish was fantastic! Below is what we ordered. The Squid just blown my head and never ate such a delicate one.

We were recommended this amazing place by our Spanish receptionist; as one of their favorites. it was full of locals and had a great atmosphere! the restaurant offers inspired and inventive high-end style tapas, which is both generous in size and taste. the local ban...hummus and babysquid were delicious!

Has a lunch 'menu del dia' from Saturday with my wife. we came around 1 and they were still set up. The appetizers were good. The main course, a rice dish approaching Paella, was ok, a bit boring. The snake was somewhat confused as if the waiters were new or something. Still under the line, one of the better MDDs we had in Valencia. This place should be on your radar.

Nice place . New. Nice service . Food ok. It is not spectacular but for sure ok. The whole experience was very good .
