L'Orangerie du Chateau de Valencay

With a friend, we wanted to go to the castle for lunch. I've already been there and enjoyed it. as we visit at least once every year and advise this castle to tourists (I have guest rooms,) we just wanted to have lunch. we were asked for 4€ each to go to the restaurant entrance. We've been disappointed.

After the visit of the castle in the morning, I took lunch in this restaurant located close to the castle. the meal was fast and of good quality constituted by a beautiful plate, with a professional service. You can go, but think about booking!

Food was excellent and a good choice on the menu. orangery was a pleasant, very clean and attentive staff. I would recommend a meal here if you visit the castle

In a beautiful setting, overlooking the valençay castle, the restaurant has a chip and dice decoration. but its dishes are simple, good and cooked with fresh products. the value ratio is very good.

After a pleasant visit to this castle and park, we had reserved to restore us. A menu/menu suggests a choice of several dishes with the symbol fresh products. except that we learned that it was frozen products due to a large activity the day before (it is true that this we of 4days has just fallen to the calendar.) the frame is very well especially in terasse with castle view. to be honest the quality of the meal is good for a brewery. except that we must arm ourselves with patience because a lot of waiting to order, have the dishes. the waitresses were well there but outdated by the world. We have to recruit the summer!
