Bidra med feedbackThe food was delicious, with a creative use of ingredients! I was impressed by the variety of vegetarian dishes on the menu, so I will definitely be back. We were told to try the fish and chips, which were good but not outstanding. I would skip it next time in favor of other menu items. Service was decent, but a bit cautious, still the food quality deserves 5 stars.
I had a fantastic Sunday roast at this restaurant. The beef was cooked to perfection and there were many delicious vegetables. The service was great as well. My wife enjoyed her vegetarian roast as well. We will definitely be returning soon.
Lovely outdoor space, great for socializing. The BBQ dishes were delicious and the cozy dining pods were charming.
Excellent dinner in her walled garden in one of the pods. A warm welcome from the always charming Baz before served on local seasonal dishes with a good selection of wines through the glass and an interesting alcohol-free cocktail for the driver. We had asparagus, crabs, cod steak all perfectly cooked before we share an anniversary drink. Special mention of the always smiling Jake who looked around us. The new Chef Jon Parry is a great addition to the Oxford food scene, try his food.
Lovely pub with a delicious Sunday roast. I especially liked the beef and the cauliflower cheese. The bread was a disappointment and so was the cheese soufflé. Service is inattentive and a bit slow.
