Mcdonalds - Vale of White Horse

I celebrated my birthday at McDonald's and while chewing my burger, I found a really long hair in it. I had to pull it out of my mouth, which made me feel sick.

I want to express my gratitude for the amazing service I received from a foreign gentleman who served me coffee at 6:55 am. He was extremely polite and friendly, which made for a great start to my day.

I visited McDonald's this evening and ordered for myself and my vegetarian friend. Unfortunately, the displays were not working properly, so nobody knew their numbers. When we got to my friend's house, we realized her burger had a patty despite us asking for it without. She was unable to eat it. The service was disappointing.

Ordered drive thru. No fizzy drinks available at all, made to wait in the car park for food there were no parking spaces. When food finally arrived we got home to find half of it missing from our order. Shambles.

Where has human contact gone the order machine is hard to use no assistant to help you and when the meal came was missing items and the cost was expensive Went to take my granddaughter won’t go again
