Bidra med feedbackWarm and warm welcome. the atmosphere is very brewery in a modern setting. The waitress was very nice, the fast service. The dishes are copied, the excellent food and the good price! a duck magret with fat and gratin sauce for 14€ is given! I highly recommend it! it perfectly finishes our march of the market of the valbonne!
We where in Valbonne and we had stopped off for a drink and as it was getting close to lunch time the waiter offered us the menu. The selection was small but interesting. I opted for a chicken salad my wife fish and chips. the food was delivered quick and the quality was excellent, good range of drinks and a good price, worth a look.
In this restaurant you can eat in or outside. The staff do not speak English but are helpful and welcoming. It is an odd restaurant in that it is also a betting shop. We did not realise when we first sat down and was quite fascinating. Look out for the plat du jour when we went we had the lamb and beef brochettes (like Shish kebabs: lumps of meat on a skewer). They came with salad, chips and a delicious creamy potato dish. The meat was tender and flavoursome. The chips were hot and crisp. Other food that we saw being served also looked really tasty and good portions. The toilets are upstairs so not suitable for wheelchair users.
We've often stopped for a coffee but the other day had lunch; the salad was quite bizarre, as if they simply threw onto the plate whatever they had left onto the plate. Tasted quite awful also, but other diners seemed quite happy with their eclectic lunch so may be worth a try if everywhere else is closed, or full !
