LA GALTIERE - Valbonne

Being Breton and on holiday, I'm surprised when I see a crêperie that pretends to be Breton, and what is not my surprise to see that I really find the taste of the real pancakes in my region. I highly recommend this stand on the vallebonne market.

Whether sweet or salty all crepes are excellent. A small weakness for the galette to the holy jacques sprinkled with a glass of farm cider. So don't hesitate to stop you during a visit to the valbonne market.

On the occasion of the St-Blaise in vabonne, I had the opportunity to taste very good Breton pancakes with the flavors of provence. the "chef crêpière" is an extraordinary welcome and makes you want to eat pancakes again and again ... I especially recommend the crêpe : goat, honey, nuts with its touch of salad! It's a real treat!
