Bidra med feedbackI'm comparing this against other Michelin star restaurants. On that scale this place left us a bit disappointed. The food was cooked very well as you would expect but it was all a bit safe. The flavours were very mild and tame. Nothing really stood out expect for one of the amuse bouche which was the savoury marshmallow. The service, whilst good in general terms, was also a bit below the typical Michelin star norm.
The food and wine was really good but impossible to enjoy because of the heat in the restaurant. They need to adjust the fireplace

What a surprise and disappointment to learn that this table has lost its star! We spent an excellent evening thanks to a precise inventive cuisine with products most often exceptional, full of flavors with impeccable cooking. the service was at the height of the attentive and efficient places of very good advice especially for the wines. We had the opportunity to discover the colting chef at his beginnings which were already very promising, today his kitchen has particularly seduced us and would rather deserve a second star especially in comparison with some three stars. ..
The savoyard restaurant of the bear barms makes you spend a pleasant moment and quiet in a separate room. For fondue lovers, prefer fondue to truffle. The desserts are delicious if you have a little room left.
