Papa Pizza - Val-des-Monts

The food is great, but when we call before the end of schedule, they don't answer. I find it very disappointing especially when we order all the time. They should be available until the end of shift.

Foods great, closes too early and dont follow their schedule. It says its open but nobody is answering..

Really good experience — the young person working the cash was lovely, and the pizza salad were fresh tasty. We got the family combo with two large pizzas a salad. It came to about $55 — we paid a bit extra than the flyer price to get the pizza options we wanted. The Quebecois was packed with bacon pepperoni, and the Greek pizza had good toppings. Lots of cheese — this pizza is in an Ottawa/Gatineau style — on a thin base crust with thick, light edges. Salad was very fresh. We were all happy!

Placed an online order and 1h40min later we had to call to see what happened to our order. From the sounds of it they didn’t know the order existed and told us to wait another 30min. What’s the point of an online ordering system if you don’t monitor it.Edit: Got the order 2h15min later and the deliveryman refused to give the pizza if we didn’t tip him. We payed online already and there was no option to tip. They also forgot an item. Horrible.

Got a gyro with rice and salad. It was good! Friendly folks too!
