Subway - Vail

I visit this subway and I always get the best service with a smile from Paola. She is patient, friendly and respectful. She will always check on the back for more Doritos and even ask if I needed help to carry my big order! She deserves an increase and praise from the administration. Paola is the kind of staff you want to work for you, Subway is lucky to have them! Thank you. Paola!

I’m a huge Subway fan……but this Subway is truly terrible. The employee was wearing earbuds and having a phone conversation while we ordered. I ordered a ham and bacon sandwich….she heated the bacon but left off the ham. When I reminded her , she said she was out of ham, turkey, and all sliced cheese. Wow…thanks for telling me before paying my order. One star is one star too many for this establishment. Avoid at all costs!!!!

If I could have gave this place and negative it would have been a negative 10 when I walked in the girl didn't even seem like she was even interested didn't say hello didn't greet her mother was sitting in the booth when I ordered my sandwich I had constantly repeat myself with her then she started just just staring at me like she was going to whatever but yeah I would never recommend this place ever customer service in Vail I am so sorry is really bad
