Alimentari Murino - VAGLIA

Who said good fish only eat at the sea or in expensive restaurants? I am always out for work and I often find myself hunting for osteries, bakers or tractors where you spend little and eat well, I often come across places from truckers, taverns of various kinds and even bakers with the van placed in the street. I never would have told you that in a grocery store there was a good trattoria to eat fish, great when you're out for work and you want to eat well, genuine and spend too little because the boss controls you the receipts.

We took the takeaway lunch and we ate really very well, also good organic products that you can buy in the grocery store inside.

We went to Murino to celebrate my birthday. The menu is simple, with few things, like the old osteries. The dishes are strictly those of the local tradition. Very good, simple not imprinted on modern researches as they do in many but definitely good. The typical Mugellana tavern of the past

They brought me finals to eat from Murino to Vaglia, the place looks like a grocery store but hides a great place for tasting wines and excellent foods, typical of the Tuscan tradition and more precisely Mugellana. There is not much place inside also because given the moment you can not stand but the possibility of taking away and being served even at the tables of the adjoining garden makes everything more homemade and genuine. I want to go back to fish dishes that are said to be good but I couldn't try, so I share my experience waiting to find a valid excuse to be able to return. Everything great from crushed sandwiches and cutters.

We stopped at lunch and ate very well in this place. Owner very kind and helpful, the products are genuine and of local origin. I highly recommend it.
