Bidra med feedbackI visited the restaurant for dinner with a bunch of my friends. The starters are quite appealing but their main course sucks. The restaurant's inner decorations and staff are really impressive. Their sweet dishes are quite good.
We want there on a weekday and as expected it was not much Crowded. We got table easily. Some of us were veg people while some were non-vegeterians so we informed waiter and they served accordingly. First they brought welcome drink it tasted like a cough syrup. Later they brought Pani puri and Mumbaiya bhel both were very delicious and then they served starters which were good in taste. They we took main course. Best thing about this place is its ambience and deserts. We regularly visited this place so we asked manager to offer us 10% discount and he was polite and kind and accepted our request.
Visited here for the first time only after reading the reviews about food on Zomato. And yes the food was delicious and worth paying for. But the service of the staff- right from restaurant manager, cashier to waiters is pathetic and totally unprofessional. I called them just 30mins before visiting as I wanted to know the buffet rates, starters and table availability. The cashier received the call and told thatbin starters tonight we have: Methi Chicken Tikka, Chicken Lollypop and Chicken Kakori Kebabs. So then we got a table immediately as less rush was there. First of all the waiter who cleaned the table was pointed out by my dad for 2-3 times that table was not completely clean yet; don't know in what hurry he was. The manager came to take the order and asked which buffet we'll have. I said non-veg. Now in non-veg they had 2 options: Economic ₹325/- pp (w/o starters) and Non-economic ₹425/- pp with starters. ???????? And obviously like most of the people we opted for 425/-. Welcome drink was not even a 'cold' drink. Paani Puri was good. Yakhni Shorba was also hot and spicy. For the starters, first they served Methi Chicken Tikka which was according to what I was told on phone call and also according to list of buffet items kept on our table. The second starter they served was Chilly Chicken and I was like surprised for a minute because neither it was communicated on phone nor it was on that list. I asked waiter Kakori Chicken kebabs, he replied that "Sir,,change ho Gaya hai starter menu". I was like WTF change ho Gaya? I said I called 30-40 mins back aur itne mein change kaise ho Gaya? Then came their savior, the manager. He said "yes sir, change ho Gaya hai".I started loosing my cool so the cash counter guy came with whom I had telephonic conversation. He said "sir, Maine galti se aapko kal wala starter ka menu Bata Diya". **** man!! Me and my family just kept our cool as the food was not as pathetic as their service, communication and ambience. Then I asked for third starter I.e. Chicken Lollypop and instead, I was served Amrapali Chicken Tikka kyunki "change ho Gaya tha" ???? Amrapali and methi chicken tikka were brothers separated in kumbh mela just 30mins ago. That waiter was so shameless that after we paid the bill, he stood at the exit for tip.

Went for a casual dinner with friend, nothing much to comment the décor some might find it fascinating however for my taste it was cheesy! Very limited buffet, however the whatever was on the spread wasn't half bad... am sure they change the menu periodically but for me their Methi-Chicken-Chaman was yum.. thoroughly enjoyed, it isnt easy to nail a dish without the odoriferous spices however this dish in spite of being white based curry proved otherwise! The mutton was just ordinary i judge any mutton curry by its gravy, since it was edible i wont complain. The third curry for main course was a Chinese Chicken course wasn't very exciting. Chicken Biryani was hardly edible with uncooked rice and spices making a hot riot on the palette. Nothing substantial about the dessert. The roti was nice and though the supply wasn't... the management needs to prep up the service part for sure along with the other shortcomings! And guys please get your entrance and stairs cleaned up for heavens sake you guys serve food in here!
