When you are extremely tired and hungry and you have a restaurant that is a stone's throw away from home, who wouldn't opt for it! I hardly had any idea about the food out here but somehow decided to give it a try. We were in a large group when we visited K 10 for dinner. Ambiance - Excellent! A beautiful and subtle interior and candle light! Service - Outstanding! We didn't have to bother with it at all. The servers were very alert and they knew exactly what to do. A big thumbs up to them! Food - We tried a paneer tikka starter and some north indian cuisine in Pure Jain. Our preference for Pure Jain food was personally looked into by Chef Biplab who prepared a Chef's special subzi for us and it was finger-licking good! The kulchas were warm, amazingly soft and went well with the subzi. In dessert, we had called for a Choco Lava cake which was well-plated and tasted delicious. Also, we were given a complimentary Rabdi Jalebi and I can hands down say those were one of the best jalebis we had ever had - crispy, delicious, no colour, piping hot and fresh! The rabdi was thick and delish topped with freshly broken nuts. Yummilicious! Fortunately for us, Chef Biplab was right around the corner and he ensured that we get great food and outstanding service. Our overall experience of this restaurant and the staff was heartwarming and fantastic. We will definitely visit again to try the lunch and dinner buffets.

What is Ten + Ten + Ten... Nope not 30, it's Ten,Ten,Ten.. yucks.. irritating. Well, that was for K10, unique name always creates inquisitiveness and this itching finally took me to have lunch there. Surprisingly the staff doesn't know what K10 means, for them it was one good group which was managing the hotel. But my naughty intelligent mind had guessed it, its somehow related to name "Ketan", "K - Tan" and den I read it, owner of the grp name is Mr. Ketan Shah. Let's get back to business, review time about the buffet. It was well spread with Salads, Chutney, Welome drink, 2 soups, 2 Starters, 3 Sabji, 2 Sweets, Rice, Daal. Ambience : Nice subtle ambience, spacious and ample of light. I suppose they have kept the same setting of the restaurant as of the previous owner. Don't mind if u happen to hear the same song over and over again in loop. Welcome Drink was over so was served Miranda. Soups Veg Noodles Soup and Potato Leek Soup. Veg Noodles Soup : Problem with indo-chinese version is there is no fixed recipe, everybody have their own versions, so did K10. This was more towards Manchow Soup with Noodles in it. Taste was good with perfect hit of garlic and ginger with spiciness. Potato Leek Soup : Leek is "Hara Pyaaz" which has its distinct flavor which was missing. If it was only "Potato Soup" it was well balanced in flavor with black pepper, perfect appetizer. Starters Honey Chilli Potato Corn Tikki Honey Chilli Potato : Where's the Honey .. ?? Honey. Chilli Potato nicely Fried in Corn flour and crispy but Honey was absolutely missing. Corn Tikki : Was good in taste but corns were very few. The taste was dominated by chaat masala sprinkled on it. Sabji Paneer Rolled Achari Veg Handi Aloo Methi Paneer Rolled Achari : Wonderful gravy of tomato, onion, garlic, ginger and other spices mixed topped with Kasuri Methi. Rolled Paneer had Achari masala but when was only mild taste and too if you eat Paneer alone, when with gravy the flavor of Achari was missing, which is very disappointing, coz m eating Achari Paneer and I want prominent taste of it. Veg Handi : Normal mix vegetable sabji, nothing exclusive. Aloo Methi : Nicely prepared simple sabji but with wonderful flavor of Methi cooked up to the mark that bitterness of Methi was not overpowering. Daal Fry : Tasted more like a normal daal. Veg Pulav : Was mild in flavor with proper saute Veggies. Naan / Roti well cooked and soft. Papad : I suppose Ganesh Papad. There were 2 continental dishes which I didn't eat. Sweet Mix Jamun : Didn't understand y was it said Mix Jamun, was it coz it was mixed with Chaasni and kept, wondering. Otherwise it was made from RTE pack coz no extra flavors were added. Cost : Rs. 310.00 The cost is Diwali bumper cost, coz I have seen signboards outside K10 of buffet at Rs. 199.00 which are masked right now. All in all an average experience, nothing extraordinary with the price we paid for. Nothing to die for. The above reviews are of my taste buds, it may vary from person to person.
Was a family time, and did not get let down. The food is very good and the hosts are so very courteous and helpful. Ambience just a wee bit of lift
