Starbucks - Vacaville

This location is always friendly! Out of the 3 Starbucks I go to, we are here every.single.morning and they're so fast and efficient! They seem to have the least amount of people in the morning compared to the other 2 locations we go to yet the drinks are made a looooot better and again so much faster.

I hate the inconsistency of ordering and when I order something in a venti cup at any other location its filled and the cream foam is actually foamy, they not giving side eyes and attitudes from batists not even at the window. Poor experience for me. I order the same drink everytime and this was not the drink. Waste of

The service here for Door dash is terrible the wait time is ridiculous, customer service is terrible and when you ask about the order they say the same thing over, I'm about to bag it up. They need to have a staff member who directly service online orders.

EVERYTIME every single time I come to this Starbucks, I don’t tip. No reason. Today, I ordered a frozen drink but was offered a melted drink and expected to pay for it. If the customer orders a FROZEN drink….it should be frozen. Just make them fresh. Hot drinks should be HOT. Frozen drinks should be FROZEN. Otherwise, just offer MELTED drinks.

Less talking and more work. Worst Starbucks in Vacaville. Too much playing around. Needs leadership.
