Ike's Love Sandwiches - Vacaville

I went on a recommendation from a friend to Ike?s and was excited to try something new. I had no great experience. Sandwiches were decent, but I didn't expect to spend almost $50 to feed two adults and one child. The $5.00-Kid sandwich and was a piece of cheese on roasted bread. Inside was empty with a loud fan that made it hard to talk. I went outside because the interior was not inviting and the table and the chairs were dirty and covered with bird protection, so we just left. I paid $15 for a sandwich earlier, but that was on a clean, put yourself kind of space with servers and really good food. If I'm looking for a quick lunch or dinner, I'll stay at my less than $10 subs in competing restaurants.

Charged me $14.47 for a sandwich listed on their menu board at $12.95, then added another $2. for gluten free option (which is smaller). Paid $19 something for one lousy sandwich. No sauces, hardly any meat. Very disappointed ??. Won't be stopping there again.

Just recently order two sandwiches 6/14/2022. They messed up one of my sandwiches. I tried to call but no answer. Not sure if they will make corrections or ignore me. I?ve always had a good experience with them. Update: Unfortunately I had to drive all the way back to the store. However, i was actually quite surprised that they corrected my order without any questions and didn?t charge me extra. Awesome to know for future orders. Ikes did me right.

We order from Ike's about once a month through DoorDash and our sandwiches have always been amazing. We received an order last Wednesday that was extremely disappointing. I decided to call the store first, instead of reaching out to DoorDash, since we never had an issue like this before. Zackary answered the call and was apologetic and explained exactly what I needed to say to DoorDash in order for him to make it right. We received the reorder from DoorDash and the sandwiches were the quality we had come to expect from Ike's (delicious!! . Thank you, Zackary, for being so professional and taking such great care of your customers. We won't order sandwiches from any other store.

I'm not a sandwich guy..but Ike's is Amazing. The staff is friendly and the food is great.. I wish I had found these sooner!
