Firehouse Subs Nut Tree Plaza

From the lack of communication from waiting staff to the pathetic example of a sandwich, why I give this facility a 2 star. I think buying a sandwich from a machine would be a better option....

Very disappointing with Firehouse subs. I placed a phone order got there to pick up they hadn't even started on them yet they said 15 mins I arrived in 10 mins I guess it was good thing though when asking about my sandwich that I want cold not hot he asked if I wanted both cold the other sandwich was an Italian sub so yes of course then the guy said all their sandwiches are served hot, well maybe when someone is placing a phone order the one taking the order should mention that!! we were looking for a couple good sub sandwiches not hot sandwiches. We took them to go drove 45mins home the bottom bread was soggy the bread was tough and dry VERY DISAPPOINTING and for their over priced sandwiches never again.

I, literally, have nothing to criticize about this sandwich place at the Nut Tree Plaza. The service: great. The Jamaican jerk turkey and steak and cheese sandwiches: messy but yummy. The fact that they donate proceeds from EVERY sandwich to local emergency responders: priceless. The fireman gear on the walls and the framed fire district patches give this place a friendly ambiance. Go dig into one of their hot subs today!

It was quiet when I went In So service time was quick.place was also clean. I ordered tuna, I guess what they had already made was older so he made a new batch of tuna, iwas happy for that. Will definitely be visiting again.

Service is so slow you will be tempted to abandon your order and walk out.
