Filini - Uttlesford

A group of seven of us had a varied experience at this restaurant, but it met the standard I would expect from a decent hotel. The charcuterie plate was good and the deep fried calamari was also enjoyable. However, other dishes were average at best, as some had mentioned before. The burgers, pizzas, and fish and chips seemed like they could be found at any pub, but were priced much higher here.

I have never experienced worse service in my life than at this restaurant. The staff clearly don't care, probably because they know they are close to the airport. They all act like they hate their job and hate the customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a night at this hotel. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Unfortunately, during our stay at the Radisson Blu hotel, the main restaurant was closed and we had to settle for the collage. The dining experience was not good, with a limited menu. I ordered the fish and chips, expecting something similar to what they serve at Ospoos, but it was three times the price and much greasier. It was not enjoyable at all. I wish I had just gone to the terminal and bought a sandwich pack, at least they have more flavor. I would still stay at the Blu hotel again, but I would not eat at the restaurant.

We were advised that this was the only restaurant that was opened when we checked one night in the hotel. we sat in the middle of the restaurant, didn't feel as comfortable as we looked like the crumbs that were there to be stared by others diners. not the best start. Eating was okay, just okay, but very expensive. we wouldn't go again, we had a short walk to the terminal building and eat there or buy something. overpriced and not overly friendly staff. disappoint.

Despite reading the bad reviews, we decided to eat in collage. the other restaurant in the hotel is very overpriced and collage was somewhat cheaper. the service in collage was good and friendly staff. my burger was delicious.
