Sheri's Eastside Diner - Utica

Attempted to support local business and eat a local diner. Sheri's was NOT it. Initially, it seemed pleasant enough, not too busy, and the namesake, Sheri, who was part waiter, cashier, and part cook seemed pleasant enough. My brother and I started with dinner coffee and after about 15 minutes placed our orders for a 6 egg omelette and a French toast meal. That is where the “good” service ended. Prices were great compared to other places. But we ended up waiting 45 for our food while other people were served before us and they came after us. Had a empty cup for awhile And the food had no taste/flavor. It's OK to use a little salt. But I rather pay more for good quality food.

As always, it was clean and inviting, quick, friendly service, the food was prepared as we asked, and was delicious!

Food was good and plenty of food for the price service was good and very friendly

Good food clean and friendly. Would go there again.
