Bidra med feedbackI went to Dairy Queen tonight to get my mother's favorite cone, a Cherry dip in a cup. Before I placed my order, there was a rude customer in the drive-thru, but Matthew handled the situation brilliantly. He came over, apologized for the incident, quickly took my order, and handed me my cup. I'm not sure if he's a manager, but he showed great respect and knowledge in how to treat people. I enjoy going to Dairy Queen, especially during the summer, and it's employees like Matthew that keep me coming back. It's clear that there are good, hard-working people at this location who truly care about providing excellent service. As you get older, you can tell when a business is worth supporting, and this Dairy Queen definitely is. I highly recommend it!
Customers are usually wrapped around the corner, but not today. I visited this place on 25. May 2021 at 18:15. Drive-thru was waiting for about 7 minutes. Customer service and food were at the top. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Salad well made, an Upside down Banana Split with a big coke. Take him a tip. When I came to my goal. I had no napkins, a fork for my salad, a spoon for my ice cream or a straw for my cola. That's okay, but the food and the service were great. I'll be back and make sure I have all my obligations.
The most beautiful Cheeseburger this side of M59....add on a beautiful mr misty float and you will have sweet dreams! EXTREMELY busy in the high season, so pack the patience and plan accordingly. Consider the visit in non-speaking times.
Love the food here. My only criticism would actually be to make and serve the garlic toast, so that it roasted, sowed and garlic instead of a piece of bread. Otherwise everything is super
The chicken strips did not taste very fresh, but we had ordered them 20 minutes before the restaurant closed, so we weren't surprised.
