Amazing experience last night. My husband and I were sat in a beautiful and comfortable corner section adorned with throw pillows. The rock star was a deliciously sweet and creamy blueberry lavender drink, their Americano was made to perfection. The fillet mignon was cooked to perfection and the Chipotle dipping sauce will be engraved In my memory forever. The gnocchi tasted so fresh and the carrots were so light and refreshing. This is hands down the best restaurant in Moab and would rate it in my top 5 of all time and since I’ve been around the world and to many chef tables and testing menu, it was a joy to discover such a restaurant in a small town. Stay at the hotel for 2 days, unique amenities and quality service, very satisfied, also tried the restaurant here, the food is excellent! haven’t imagine that I can have so fresh prawn at Moab, definitely recommend.
