Camp Outpost Co. Zion - Utah

Happy Thanksgiving courtesy of Camp Outpost Co! After a long day of hiking at Zion we were hungry and eager for a good meal. Knowing it was Thanksgiving, we were worried about our options but Camp Outpost was open and absolutely provided an amazing meal. The burger was amazing! The crispy brussel sprouts were amazing! The food was amazing and the service wonderful. They were short staffed and yet took care of a busy crowd. Huge shout out to Tiffany for taking care of everyone, and doing it all with a smile.

Perfect stop after a long day of hiking in Zion. Wonderful meats and lots of it. Salads are available too.

The food was fabulous after a long day of hiking at Zion. I am not typically a salad person, but the mission salad was AMAZING!

We had the half chicken which was well marinated (slightly spicy) and succulent. It comes with crispy potatoes mashed with arugula which were equally yummy!
