Arby's - Utah

Wait was RIDICULOUS!! 10 min just to get to speaker and the another 20 just to get my food? Definitely not worth it. If the wait is going to be long, for who knows why, say something!!! Some people don’t have 30—45 min to wait in the drive thru!!! Not to mention two worked came outside to sit for a bit while all of it was going on. Definitely employees of the month right there Not to mention they will take your coupon and still charge you full price! Ridiculous!!

We just went to this arby’s location and received the worst costumer service i’ve ever seen. we came for just two medium fries. the lady at the window opened and started at me and my friend until we said hi she responded with hi as well she never told us the price (even after ordering). we then proceeded to hand her our card after she gave it back we said we also had a second order (the other fri) she said ya i know and toke the card. we then looked at her name tag and we think we saw “ariana”? … – show

Atmosphere 3 cause it's an Arby's, but the service at this location is absolutely stellar. Particularly Katherine!

Ordered two sliders and a shake, and was charged almost 40 dollars, charged my card 5 times taking the last of my money, I will not be returning

Everytime I order they always ask you to pull around front to wait for your order so you sit for 15 minutes while they make it and no one else is ever in line
