Arby's - Utah

It's OK. Weird layout at this location. I had their rib sandwich, the one they were ribbing the McRib about. It was a solid five stars by itself. I still haven't forgiven them for discontinuing the potato cakes though.

The food here is always excellent but sometimes the service at the drive-thu is a little slow.

The blonde haired tall man running the drive thru window today needs retrained on customer service. He yelled at me the entire time saying “Anything Else!?” I was the only vehicle there and knew EXACTLY what I wanted yet he continued to be unprofessional. AND not only were my Curly Fries stail but my Chicken Swiss Sandwich didnt have any sauce on it! Epic Fail today.

They don’t care about their patrons on fire, they care more about the cost of a fire extinguisher. Never go here.

Customer service was horrible. the boy helping us was more interested in helping his friends and was getting snarky with us when we said we needed a minute to decide what we wanted. incredibly unprofessional and rude.
