Romantisches Menzhausen - Uslar

We spent a weekend there. Breakfast and dinner was really good. There was a welcome drink, it would have been nice if you could choose what to drink. We had problems with our room key. The lady at the reception (dark hairy) didn't take us so seriously, you got the feeling she was annoyed. The next morning, we addressed the other lady who came along immediately and eliminated the problem immediately when we were at breakfast. That's how it can go. The spa area affects the photos bigger than it is. There is 1 sauna inside an outside and an infrared cabin that never worked. There were no towels in the sauna area to change. So one was forced to do several saunas with one towel. There's still air up there. The rooms were clean. Size was okay. The mattresses were not so mine (hallo, back pain). That's where the opinions go. Conclusion: It was OK for a weekend. You shouldn't have great demands at the spa. I'd come back to dinner at any time!

Unfortunately, the double room Solling Style did not match our expectations. It smelled very strong! almost unbearable to food, was very small on the homepage the room was shown as an example for a “single room” and even a Nespresso machine, but the first capsule should have cost 2 euros. There was no more free parking than on Fridays at 6 pm and a room change was not possible. The restaurant was excellent so that we decided spontaneously to eat both evenings there for dinner. The service staff at breakfast was also very nice. The swimming pool in the wellness area was small and fine.

Everything's fine. We are thrilled again, as every year. Two nights in the Solling room. Super beautiful. Service, gastronomy, food and kindness absolutely top and not to surpass. The lush breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the peasants should not be missed. A great, different and fine world as soon as you enter the house. Do not forget the beautiful decoration, just before Christmas. We say thank you to all!!! and look forward to a goodbye. Couple from Kassel

The food is very good, but unfortunately too expensive to enjoy it right. 59 Euro for 4 courses for Christmas.
