Bidra med feedbackPerfect to save money if you go to machu picchu! This hostel is located in the middle of all the attractions of the sacred valley. Perfect to stay and save money (in the case of you don't want to stay in cuzco)If you go there I recommend to go Maras and Moray that I think is one of the best ruins of Peru!
Like other reviewers we had just walked down from the incredible Las Salinas and were in need of refreshment. We walked in and although it was lunchtime there were no other customers and certainly no sign of any food in preparation. No menu on display or at the bar so we asked what drinks they had. She ran off a list of juices and we settled on 3 fresh lemonades. A jug was duly brought - the juice was delicious. After a while the lady came over and asked if we wanted the menu of the day and rattled off a list in Spanish - again no menu. We said no thank you as we had other plans. Not sure if this was the reason for overcharging. So when I asked for the bill I was told 26 soles - that is not even divisible by 3 to a round number! We know in Urubamba you pay about 5 soles for a juice. So if you do go there make sure you ask the price first. No menu on display is just not acceptable practice!
We stopped here after walking from Moray to Maras for a cool and relaxing lunch. The setting is beautiful. The buffet lunch was quite unique with a diverse and adventurous selection. They both salads and hot dishes including pulpo ceviche, beef heart kabobs, sushi and a number of other things.
Lo necesario para empezar el día. Un almuerzo contundente y una cena tranquila. Empiezan desde las 7.30 am . Recomendable.
Bom atendimento. Um paraíso gastronômico !
