Ordered a family roast. Chips way to salty, overcooked and cold. Chicken was ok. The vegetables undercooked and tasteless. Are these microwaved before hidden in foil pack? Gravy is unspeakably disgusting. Customer service is the only thing I can positively review. Please Red Rooster, consider changing how you prepare food. Make it somewhat edible.

I ordered a sub combo that cost over $18 for one meal. Unfortunately, the sub I received was not fresh at all. It looked shrivelled and as if it had been left out in the sun for a week. The lettuce was yellow and wilted. I was unable to return to the store to show the staff the unacceptable meal I was given. This experience has turned me off from ever returning to this restaurant. Make sure to check your meal before you leave, or better yet, avoid this place altogether.

Loved the service, excellent staff, give it a 10/10! Could hear the conversations going in the kitchen and was good to hear the fast pace talk of trying to get meals out and encouragement from what i assume was the manager. Excellent place to have a meal as it isn't very popular and never very noisy or crowded. Although previous times visiting both through drive through and dining in i have heard what i assume as the female manager yelling at the staff, was quite off putting.

Have tried them a few times and the chicken and specially the chips are amazing, great flavours, clearly more flavour than KFC, their gravy is full of flavour also, cannot fault it.
